The WellNEST

Next week we will be observing Suicide Prevention & Awareness Week at Crescenta Valley High School. Our goal is to raise awareness, provide resources, and foster open conversations around mental health and suicide prevention.

Throughout the week, students will engage in activities and have access to information that encourages them to seek support for themselves and others. We will also be highlighting resources available on and off campus, including the WellNEST Center, CVHS counselors, and community hotlines.

As parents and guardians, you play a vital role in supporting your student’s mental health. We encourage you to take a moment to review the flyer below, check in with your student, and remind them that it’s always okay to reach out for help.

Together, we can ensure that every student knows they are not alone.

Our therapy dogs, Maya and Penny, will be in the WellNEST Center every Tuesday and Thursday. Students are welcome to visit, relax, and experience the comfort and calm that our furry friends bring.

If you’d like to help us keep the WellNEST stocked with snacks, supplies, and comfort items for our students, we have an Amazon Wish List available. Every donation big or small makes a difference!

Amazon Wish List Button Link Down Below.

Thank you for partnering with us to make this a great year for every student!
