CVHS will host its annual in-person Financial Aid Night on Wednesday, November 12th, 2025 from 6:30 – 7:30 PM in the CV Cafeteria.

California Assembly Bill 469 requires districts to confirm that all high school seniors have completed a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) or a California Dream Act Application (CADAA) to increase access to financial aid and expand access to thousands of students who may have otherwise not been aware of this opportunity.

Students and families should fill out the FAFSA or CADAA as soon as possible but no later than the CA State deadline of March 2.

ALL CVHS Students may initiate their FAFSA or CADAA application through CCGI: California Colleges Guidance Initiative (MUST sign in with GUSD Google account to access CaliforniaColleges.edu)
