If you will be attending a Common App School and used Commonapp.org to apply, you must order using the CV Transcript order form. Submit the order form and payment to Ms. Sanosyan AND let your counselor know to upload your final records to your Common App account. DO NOT USE the PARCHMENT website for COMMON APP schools.
If your school allows email uploads, please indicate the email address of the transcript office.

If your school wants transcripts by US Mail, please include the FULL name and address of the university.

If your school prefers ELECTRONIC UPLOADS, PARCHMENT is the only online vendor for GUSD. Follow the Parchment link and MAKE SURE YOU INDICATE "HOLD FOR FINAL GRADES" within the online order form.
