A big thank you to all of the players who came out to tryout for one of our three teams. The quality of the players and the effort given made the job of the coaching staff very difficult in selecting the teams. If your ID number is on the list, please complete your athletic clearance as soon as possible.
If your ID number is not on the list, we understand that you may be very disappointed and we understand your frustrations. If you would like feedback, please wait a few days and write an email to our coaches.
We appreciate all of the students and parents supporting the Boys Soccer program and are looking forward to a successful 2026/27 season.

2026/27 Tryouts are now completed
Players and Parents,
Our 2026/27 tryouts have concluded and teams have been formed. Below is preliminary information for the 27/28 tryout.
DATES FOR 2027/28 TRYOUTS AND SUMMER PROGRAM:
DATES: Mid June 2027
TIME: TBD
WHERE: Crescenta Valley High School Turf Field, 2900 Community Ave La Crescenta, CA 91214
REQUIRED: This summer we will ONLY use the Release of Liability for tryouts. This is required day one of tryouts. If you are selected for one of our teams, we will request additional forms to be completed.
First Day
- At the beginning of the first day, you will need the signed Release of Liability document when you check in.
- Any returning player should wear CVHS training kits and all new players can wear whatever they are comfortable with.
- Players are introduced to the coaching staff and given a brief overview of what we want to see during tryouts.
Conclusion: At the end of the four days of tryouts, players will be notified whether or not they made a team during the summer tryouts. All roster spots are guaranteed, but placements (Varsity, JV or Frosh) are not guaranteed until we begin fall training and assessment.

WHO: Any player who missed the first tryout and any player who was not assigned to a team during the first tryout.
REQUIRED: All players must bring a signed release of liability document.
