2024-2025 Drop Off/Pick Up Reminder
Respect our Neighbors
Just a quick reminder to please be courteous to our neighbors. Do not block our neighbors’ driveways or move trash cans. Please do not drop off/pick up students in residents’ driveways. Also, remember that students may not be dropped off or picked up in any of the staff parking lots. Let’s all be courteous to our CVHS neighbors. As construction continues on our field, we understand traffic and parking is a challenge. Give yourself a few extra minutes to minimize those challenges. Please remember this is for the safety of all.

Unless students have a parking pass they are not allowed to park in the Cloud Parking Lot. Students with a parking pass may only park along the wall and must have the pass placed on their dashboard. If there are no parking spaces available along the wall, please do not park in any other parking spaces.

Community Service Announcements
PICKLEBALL TOURNEY VOLUNTEERING: Adventist Health Glendale Foundation is organizing a community Pickleball Tournament on Sunday, November 3, 2024 at La Canada Flintridge Country Club from 10am -5pm. This event is part of our ongoing efforts to promote wellness and community engagement, and we would love to invite students from Crescenta Valley High School to participate as volunteers. We would need volunteers in shifts between 7am-1pm and 12pm-6pm.

We are seeking motivated students who are looking for volunteer hours or an opportunity to be involved in a community event. Volunteers will assist with various tasks such as (but not limited to):

• Helping with event setup and breakdown
• Assisting tournament participants
• Managing registration tables
• Providing support to spectators

It’s a great opportunity for students to gain experience, give back to the community, and enjoy a fun and active day. We are happy to provide documentation of their service hours as needed.
Please feel free to reach out to Serli Uchian at uchians@ah.org or (818) 409- 8462 if you have any questions or need further information.
