As we enter the month of December, I want to take a moment to recognize the many religious and cultural holidays our community celebrates during this season. Whether your family observes Christmas, Hanukkah, Las Posadas, Bodhi Day, Pancha Ganapati, or simply enjoys the spirit of togetherness that this time of year brings, we hope this season fills your home with light, peace, and connection.
This is also an important time on campus as our students prepare for final exams. We encourage all Falcons to make use of the resources available to them, visit the WellNEST, attend free tutoring, attend teacher office hours, form study groups, and use the review sheets and study guides your teachers provide. Working together not only supports learning, but helps build the relationships that make our school community strong.
During this time of reflection and celebration, let’s also remember a message we continue to share with our students: Don’t take the exit on people. Pause before making snap judgments, stay curious about one another’s stories, and choose connection whenever possible. Our differences are part of what makes CV a vibrant community.
As we wrap up the semester, take pride in your efforts, lean on the support around you, and enjoy this meaningful time with friends and family.
Wishing everyone a joyful and restorative December.
