AP EXAM IMPORTANT REMINDERS AND INFORMATION

AP Exam Reminders

If you are a student who is taking an AP class, make sure that you are registered with the AP College Board and are registered in the correct AP course. If you are not registered in an AP class with COllege Board, an exam will not be ordered/purchased for you. 

Deadline for AP Exam payment is this upcoming Wednesday, October 30th. If you are applying for a reduced fee please follow the steps below. 

• Submit the LCFF Survey via Qparentconnect (in lieu of meal applications) (https://q.gusd.net/production/parentportal)
  

• If you qualify, Nutritional Services can provide you with a letter/email with that information. This does take a few days for processing.

• You will then need to print the document/email, if you qualify for free/reduced status. 

• Your student will need to bring both the document and the AP exam application to Dr. Pestonji or Mrs. Hirdler in the AP office to be signed off. This can be handed to Mrs. Jones, our secretary. 

• Your student can then go to the CVHS Student Store and pay for the exam(s).
