Message from Principal
Hello Falcons!
As we jump into the rhythm of this school year, we want to extend a heartfelt thank you to our Falcon community for your incredible hard work, energy, and dedication that have already made the start of the year so special.
Thank you to everyone who made our Back to School Night such a wonderful success! It was amazing to see so many engaged families, as well as the vibrant representation of our student clubs and organizations out in the quad. Below, you will find photos capturing the energy of Back to School Night, our spirited Friday 9/11 motorcade, and the Friday night football game, alongside incredible examples of active learning in our classrooms, featuring clear teacher modeling and clear agendas. Congratulations to our Science and Medicine Academy who hosted their Academy Picnic on Saturday.
A special expression of gratitude goes out to everyone who participated in the motorcade and to local CV Historian Mike Lawler for collaborating with our DEI committee this past week. This week brings meaningful opportunities for reflection, remembrance, and celebration across campus.
As we pause on this solemn 25th anniversary of 9/11, we honor the memory of the lives lost and find inspiration in the enduring resilience, unity, and strength that define us when we support one another. Looking ahead, we offer warm wishes to all who celebrate Rosh Hashanah, hoping the Jewish New Year brings peace and fresh beginnings to your families. Additionally, we are excited to kick off Hispanic Heritage Month this week as we embrace this year's theme, "Pioneers of Change: Shaping the Future Together," honoring the rich cultures, histories, and visionary contributions of the Hispanic community that inspire us to build a brighter future together.
