Dear Families,
As we begin a new school year, we would like to invite you to a GUSD Special Education Family Meet & Greet on Thursday, August 13, from 5:00–7:00 p.m. in the GUSD Board Room, 223 Jackson Street.

This is a wonderful opportunity to meet members of Glendale Unified's Special Education team, including our new Executive Director of Special Education, Dr. Julie Fercho and the Special Education Coordinators Dr. Aida Babayan, Mr. Darrin Browne, Ms. Heather Odell, and Ms. Krista Ghaman. Learn about the department’s vision for the year ahead, and connect with other families.

We hope you’ll consider stopping by to say hello and help us welcome our new Special Education leadership team. Onsite childcare and interpretation services for Armenian, Korean, Spanish, and Russian will be available. The attached flyer was sent out via Parent Square last week.
